Battery calibrator contains some proprietary tricks that allow you to Unleash the real battery capacity of your Phone. Battery Calibration is very necessary for Enhanced battery life. Disable unnecessary apps that drain your battery! - Accurate battery remaining time! - Accurate charging remaining time!
Trying to auto-discover APC UPS devices but you need a user ID and password to access the UPS. Is it possible to have the PRTG UPS template use an ID and password to access the devices. By default I can get a ping sensor but nothing else. version 8.1.2.1810
Battery power depleted It will take approximately 1 minute to display the correct remaining battery power. The remaining battery power may not be displayed correctly depending on ambient conditions and the environment in which you are using this product.
The estimated time remaining varies based on what your system is doing and has been doing lately, so if you've been playing games, watching 4K video, etc for the last 10 minutes, that will tank the battery time remaining estimate, but once you stop doing those things, it will creep back up.
Enable Battery Icon Time Remaining Hack. Inside you’ll find a REG file for enabling your battery’s time remaining to show up when you hover your mouse pointer over the battery icon. Once extracted, double-click the file you want and accept the prompts asking whether you’re sure you want to make changes to your Registry.
When it comes to online calculation, this battery life calculator can assist you to determine the time that how long the battery charge will last. For example, a circuit connected with 800 mAh current rating and it is connected to the load of 40 mAh. Then the battery will last for 20 hours.

Hello there, thank you for your reply.
Which version of the tester are you running and where exactly do you see this error? Please share a screenshot (upload it somewhere and link it here)

Our template is strictly based on custom OIDs. The only instance a user name / password can be appropriately used is in the event the sensor is added as SNMP v3 - these entries can be defined under the device.
The APC UPS only requires a username and password for its integrated web server (default apc/apc). For SNMP access (default set to v1) you only need the community string of the UPS (default public) these settings can be set at device or group level on your PRTG server.
HelloI have tried to create a sensor through the SNMP library.APCups.oidlib choose and gives me the following error
Error message: 'No interfaces available on this device (Code: PE049)'
I have successfully configured the SNMP community.
Why might it be?

Hallo,
please try with our free SNMP Tester and make a simple Device Uptime request against your UPS
run the tester on the PRTG PC!
Hello
I run the test and the result is:
Thanks
Ok so the target device is generally supporting SNMP and the SNMP connection is also possible. But please use the testers option to scan against the target using the Oidlib. Which result do you then get?
Hello
I run the test again and the result is
Well, that means that the target does not respond on any of those OIDs. So either it was the wrong MIB or there is a problem with the SNMP Communication.
The SNMP APC Hardware Sensor can monitor several performance counters on your APC UPS device. It is available in PRTG out of the box (as of PRTG 9.1.0).
I too am having difficulty getting some basic SNMP information out of two of my vertically mounted rack metered PDU's from APC.
I have configured SNMP v1 for read access and can query the system for uptime without any problem. Cisdem document reader 5 2 0 7.
The SNMP tester is able to connect using a custom OID that i found in another thread in the PRTG support forums:
However when adding the SNMP APC Hardware Sensor that comes build in to PRTG i get the following error:
Sorry, the scan for available monitoring items has failed!Error Message No available interfaces on this device (code: PE049)Sensor Type SNMP APC HardwareDevice APC 20A (172.25.X.X)
Is that because my APC unit does not support the OID's that are included in this sensor 'pack'?
May I ask you to please use our SNMP Tester, to perform a scan against the target APC device, with the 'APC UPS.oidlib' (C:Program Files (x86)PRTG Network Monitorsnmplibs) from PRTG selected? Which results do you get in the Tester?
Hi,
This is what I get in response to the test:
The only OID Value that works for Ambient Temperature is this:
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.6.1.1
At this moment I have two sensors for Ambient Temperature. How can I find the correct OID for either of them ?
This is my hardware:
Hello icee, thank you for your reply.
Since you have an AP9631, You might want to check out the following:
You can also do a walk of 1.3.6.1.4.1.318 with our SNMP Tester to find out all OID's to which the device responds.

Hi,
Just trying to get up and running with PRTG here, trying to connect to an APC Network Management Card 2
I have enabled both SNMP V1 and V3 on the card but when running the SNMP Tester I keep getting
